Our private studio in Wheathampstead offers both physiotherapy and private pilates. Chartered Physiotherapist Joanne Gilshan also practices Myo-fascial Release (MFR) - a very gentle but effective form of manual therapy. The studio is equipped with pilates equipment such as the reformer and trap tower and provides the perfect environment for one to one pilates tuition. Jo will often combine Physio and Pilates to help maximise your recovery.
