GMG Personal Training has been based in Sale Cheshire since 2006 covering a variety of areas in South Manchester & currently training in Sale, Altrincham, Hale, Bowdon, Lymn & Wilmslow. Our aim is to motivate and support clients to achieve their health and fitness goals. If you haven't got time to travel to the gym, lack will-power or feel uncomfortable in a gym environment, look no further. At GMG Personal Training, we come to you providing training in the privacy of your own home. Sessions focus on meeting the particular needs of the clients.
