We went as a full toddler group to Go Bananas today and I have to say that the service from my initial phone call to the end has been exceptional. The lady at reception was super helpful and gave me great advice how to manage our group. I have to give a special mention to Lesley and Pip at the cafe - they were wonderful! So attentive, friendly and easy going! Pip even gave me her direct number so she could give us an ever better deal next time we come along! Thank you for making the kids' (and the parents) last term party a good one - we will definitely be back!

We had the most amazing sleepover at go bananas!!! It was organised really well. Nice and easy for the beaver leaders. We will be booking to go again soon. Most of all the beavers had a great time. They couldn’t believe they were sleeping in an actual soft play. Well done go bananas!!

Took my son to Go Bananas and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed.



First of all the most important thing was my son had a fun time which he did in bucket loads. There was so much for him to do and had I not of dragged him out after a couple of hours he could of happily stayed and been entertained for the whole day. I also have to say the service was brilliant all members of staff were pleasant and made it a really comfortable and relaxed environment. It was also fantastic having a cafe on site which served hot food which came to us promptly and was delicious.



Overall a full five stars from me a very enjoyable day out and I will definitely return in the near future :)

I have been to quite a few partys here over the years and have found this a fab place to take little ones,as they cant escape ,,sometimes gets little bit overcrowed but all in all have always found staff really polite and friendly !! And my lot love it

I have a 7, 11, & 13 year old children and this was great for them. Not too big I couldn't see them but had lots for all ages to enjoy. The coffee shop was fairly priced so didn't spend a fortune like at other places.

Was very busy in the half term but that was mainly felt in the coffee shop area to try and get a seat!

First time we've been here in a fair few years and I must say it's was brilliant, lovely staff, nice & clean. We've had a few bad experiences with soft play places but this is by far the best around we're definitely be coming back again & again and will recommend to friends and family

Came all the way from glastonbury.. only one small suggestion.. needs a sensery bit for young babies 2 months+ as we had a 3 month old that couldnt do alot.. other than that this place didn't disappoint �

Been numerous times my 3 year old loves it every time. Often eat in the cafe. Lovely food, great staff - thank you

Kids always enjoy coming here, they love it! My only negatives would be;

the cost of food and drink. I bought a latte, Diet Pepsi and 5 chocolate bars and it cost over £8!

And the seating area for the parents needs to be bigger BUT...given the space you have you have done it as best as you can.

Really lovely softplay, especially good for my 1 year old. Found the staff friendly enough and cafe reasonably priced. Our experience was slightly ruined by the number of rides, flashy machines and things dotted around that needed to be paid for. It distracted my child from the softplay and I had to spend most of our time saying No after running out of change early on. So would suggest either taking lots of change with you, or being prepared to say No alot :( Probably wouldn't come again for that reason.

My little boy seemed to enjoy the soft play although I did notice there was quite a lot of shoddy repair work everywhere. Also I wasn’t too impressed to hear a member of staff swearing as they walked through the soft play! There’s a time and a place! It was ok, but not in a rush to go back which seems a shame as we were looking forward to bringing my son here.

I've just come back from here and I have to say it was good , made my little girl smile and chuckle, so well done for that on a rainy Sunday morning . Now for the down side . Your food prices are extremely ridiculous I have to say , while admission fees were very reasonable you spoilt it by adding it on to the food . £4.95 for cheese toasty is not acceptable. 2 adults and 2 children would be £20 . That's 4 blocks of cheese and 20 loafs of bread . I've done the maths �... come on really !!

Car park too small, the lady directed us to another car park in a residential area that did not exist so had to find somewhere else to park away from go bananas site, not enough seats to sit on and being nearly 7 months pregnant we had to wait for people to leave to be able to find chairs to sit on, people could tell i am pregnant yet none of them offered me a seat, even though some of the seats were being wasted with people putting coats and bags on them, thought this was quite dis respectful,staff did not clock on about seats being wasted. My 5 year old did enjoy the play area though, although we had to go elsewhere for something to eat.

Went today..badly organised, rude staff. Ordered food and was told it was up to a half hour wait which I was fine with however an hour later still no food, when queried the very miserable looking girl at the counter said it would be out in a minute, another 20 minutes I went back up again and a young lad came out the kitchen so I asked yet again where my food was! 5 mins later he walked off somewhere else and ignored me couldn’t believe it so I grabbed somebody else all whilst the girl at the counter was bitching to a friend they were under staffed saying it’s not their fault people keep complaining about food but what do we expect them to do, which I thought was appalling! Another person came out apologised said he never normally works there but was there anything he could do all whilst my child was screaming as he was so hungry, I bluntly replied that I just wanted to know where my food was! Anyway 1hr 40mins later my food came after clearly never being put through in the first place, barely an apology made for their mistake or wait! I was extremely disappointed and not impressed with the rude unhelpful staff or service at all! They should be controlling the amount of people going in and out so they can keep up with their jobs or if they really can’t cope don’t offer cooked food!

Was there yesterday with a few mums from school. Was so busy! We all went to the till at the same time, 3 of us were served and the rest of us were told they’ve stopped serving even tho it was bang on 4;45

And we had queued for 15 mins!! After complaining we were offered lunchboxes but by the time the last parent ordered even they weren’t being served! Never usually have a problem here but was disappointed today. Hoping it’s a 1 off due to the new promotion

Soft play is dirty and discusting! My 1 year old caught conjunctivitis from there along with a few other people's children. Won't be going again! I'm fuming!
