Thank you to Eva who hosted ours williams 7th birthday party today She talked to us through out about the plan of the party and how we wanted things set up. She was very enthusiastic with the children and everything was very well organised all the children had the best time i would definately ask for her to be our host again x

Lovely time, lovely staff. Kids loved it what more do you want. Just more events like this fun for the kids. Free face panting and free games. Staff are so good.

Everywhere we went after, everyone kept asking where you had the face paints from. Hats � of to the lady who did the face paints too, she had so much patience. Well done 'go kidz go'. Happy days. Happy kids. �����

Just had my sons 7th birthday there very pleased with how helpful the staff were and the party host was fantastic she did everything to get all the children involved

Had my daughters first birthday party here, the staff were fabulous at making it the best day for her. Thank you we highly recommend it

Great visit with three of our grandkids- aged 3, 6 and 16. £7.50 for the two youngsters, and 50p each for us 'spectators '. We all had a great time. Plenty to do with slides, climbing and crawling. The six year old loved the sky rocket ride (an extra £1). We stayed for about three hours, the youngsters wanted to stay longer, but Nan and Grandad were knackered 😂😂

Great place for children! Staff are very friendly! I had quite a few children with me and I received lots of help and support with the children from staff members. We ordered food majority of the children had chicken nuggets and chips which they really enjoyed. Hygiene of the building was really good considering it was half term and the place was extremely busy. Overall had a great visit and will definitely be returning.

Go kids go was great today my boys had a great time lots for them to do food fresh and hot lots of kids playing happily and the staff are so friendly always helpful when u ask them

Something always available will def come again the rocket was so much fun for them ���

Eva Dudaite is the best assistant ever:) very pleased with her, it is second time we celebrating here and she was looking after us and making party’s even more fun for us all:) ��really highly recommended ��5 stars � � � � � this place is full of fun for kids so gonna be back again:) thank you Eva Dudaite you’re rock:)

Kids enjoyed it loads, however for the adults it's very expensive to have a drink or snack while watching their kids. Also the toilets leave a lot to be desired! All 3 of my girls always wait till we are home and dash to the toilet.

I think it needs updating its the same as when I used to go as a child and I am 28 now some off the play areas have duck tape over them instead off replacing the stuff that's no good they just put tape over them would deffo say it needs updating

Held my daughters 3rd birthday party here last Sunday 23rd October, the play area was great all the kids had a fab time I didn't meet yet minimum number of kids so was prepared to pay for the extra place, I was told very bluntly by the lady on reception to pay or we have to cancel, which I have said fair enough I was prepared to do that but didnt appreciate the abrupt way she put it or the attitude, the party host was ok but didn't really like using "walking dead" when playing a game of hangman for kids 2-7? And basicly when 5pm came we were told it's five o clock you've all got to go now" put quite abruptly again felt like we were rushed out. It dampened the whole thing for us my daughter nephews and friends had a lovely time and that's all that mattered to me but to be honest some good customer service and friendly attitude wouldn't go amiss

Run by kids and no one can be arsed to do anything just stand around. Place stinks of stale feet groups of young kids running around swearing in front of small ones wont be recommend to anyone

Nice place for the kids but very over priced & to buy food is over priced too, don't like the way it's prices £6 for 90minutes £7.90 for all day play people will pay the all day cus of the way you've promoted it so people will pay it. It's a lot of money for such little to do there. I wouldn't pay it again

Compared to other soft play centers we have been to the place seems dark and dingy.

There was a strong smell of gas when we walked in and was told it's the heating system.

the play are is OK but the food was rubbish microwave burgers. The staff where not very friendly and just didn't seem interested to be there.

Place is a joke. Teenagers running around playing tag and knocking all the little kids over and nothing being said. Very dirty and dingy, staff are extremely rude. Standing around drinking slush puppies, on their phones and not taking a slight interest in what's going on! The sky rocket is far to loud and just scares all the little kids. Way to over priced for the service you recieve.

I had a party for my 2 year old daughter it was terrible they want your money when they get that your party goes down hill my daughter was 2 there was number 8 banners up they didn't do party games there was so much.. bad party

Except for the new starter who was our party host and was lovely all the staff have attitudes walk round with long faces dont smile. A child was sick in the ball pit and all they did was scoop the balls up in a black black bag and spray with air freshener and still allowed children to play in it. Never going again due to hygiene as to me its nothing but a germ infested place who don't give a dam about germs

Booked adult party 8-10. Refused to let us past the door until we handed our shoes in only for us to be greater by floors that had just been mopped and soaking wet. Majority of lights were turned off and the cafe area was closed so couldn't even get a drink. The place was freezing cold. Wouldn't recommend for adult parties at all. Overall very disappointed.
