Got exactly what I wanted at the right price. Staff very helpful today

I will never go anywhere else to get my boots again!
I normally go to this store to get my general outdoor goods, but have only ever bought one pair of boots there before.
I needed boots for norway and snow and had a good budget, rather than just pointing out the expensive boots (which I have found most sales people will do if you give them a good budget) I was given several to try on and told about all of the features and differences of each one. The boots were also checked to see if they fit me properly.
I am a discount card holder and thought I would google the boots I was buying to see if I could take advantage of their price match and I was able to easily and quickly get a much lower price at the till.
I love the staff at this store they are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Place is good, good choice of top brands at reasonable prices. Most staff really helpful yet the girl that served us MOST unhelpful just kept repeating her parrot fashioned answers as she'd been trained.

Great product range. As you would expect the prices are a little high but you do get what u pay for. Service is a little lacking though.

Went in to buy some walking boots. The person that helped me was very informative, patient and helpful. Due to her service I actually bought them even though they were £10 more than online shops. My only gripe work Go Outdoors is this £5 registration to get normal high Street prices. I could get these boots for £139 elsewhere but GO sold them for £149 with the card or £179 without the card. Basically your paying £5 to be able to pay high Street prices. Not a bad con really. I might go more often if they weren't so expensive

Other than that I'm happy with what I bought.

Mixed feeling on this place, some good points the range of different tents not badly priced.... but no stock on the newly created offers!... also the staff don't seem to have a clue about the stock the store sells, also the waiting tine to get checked out eas very slow... Did i get wat i wanted?..... Yes did, (mostly) but with no help from the staff.

The staff here are incredible. They are so happy to help you find the right bit of kit. So much choice and really friendly atmosphere. Great time shopping. Free parking if you spend a fiver too 👍

Well stocked branch in a good location with free parking....

Staff are happy to help with any camping, walking, cycling or climbing questions.

You have to pay for parking unless you buy something over £5

Been today with my sister brought 3 showerproof jackets a ladies holdall very pleasant staff spend a good few hours walking round
