Male assistant very rude and unhelpful. Once found another assistant who was charming and helpful. Would not have bought anything with first person. Ended up buying both walking boots with second assistant who was a credit to the store

Strange layout. Looking for a ladies 3 in 1 jacket. They aren't all together in one location but in several places throughout the store! Totally odd
