Strange experience, not wholely unpleasant. Apparently you need to purchase a discount card to get the advertised prices, did not want a discount card so left.

Good choice of products, well laid out, reasonable prices.

A comprehensive and interesting stock of all things for camping holidays.

The single greatest shop on Earth if you like out door stuff. Stuffs cheaper if you have a Go Outdoors card. love it in there. Nice quality products.

Good stock and reasonable prices for some items. The staff are aware of where products are held, ie gloves, coats etc... but unaware of the brands or the types of items. I wanted Animal gloves, I was directed to gloves by one person, nothing animal there, then directed to animal items by another, but no gloves. The website search is also bad, when searching Animal gloves, it comes up with kids penguin imaged gloves and hat, and yet they do sell the brand Animal and have gloves in that brand.

A large, open store. Fairly new, with knowledgeable staff who are happy to help.

Grate place plenty of choice and I really don't think spending a minuet to register as a member is a problem to revive the discounted prices, well worth doing. Also often extra discount is offered as well and with a price promise to beat any in store or online like for like by and extra 10% it speaks for it's self it can't be beaten on price.
