Good helpful service amd you can take your dog in store.

Visited to buy a pair of wellingtons and had a good mooch round. Staff very helpful will shop there again.

Understaffed. Not just us but a queue of several waiting a long time at checkout.
Staff were apologetic and helpful but I would have been happy to walk out.
Product not available in store. Couldn't reserve and have ordered into store. Will try on-line.

Can't get parts for a tent they sold me and they don't sell guide rope!!! Staff very helpfull not their fault.

My wife just bought some walking boots and I have to say that the member of staff (David) was extremely helpful!

Use to love shopping in goouthdoors untill few months ago bought mamut Gore tex shoes to walk my puppy but my dog chew top ancle bit of shoe witch not stop me use them but after about 8 monts one side of sole had gap and start leaking i took them back to shop they send it for repair i been told dosent matter my dog damage top bit of shoe but after 5 weeks they come back fix but they start leaking folowing week after they come back so i took them back and after 5 weeks beeen in repair store they said they can't do nothink about because shoe been damage by the dog but dow dammage just top bit and they was water proof for 5 months poór customer service wont shop in go outhdoors anymore really upsetting situation they can't be arse take responsibiliti for product what they selling

You need to buy an annual discount card for £5 to get the best prices but they also offer price matching on anything in store.
