Second time I've visited to look at the offers on the website. Disappointed again today to find no stock. Ordered online to pick up instead now. Wasted journey. Large store but small stock levels.

Decent prices and range of kit. Not much 'high end' gear but plenty for the majority of peoples walking needs etc

Got what we came for but for the second visit found items with no prices on them and had to hunt for a member of staff to let us know otherwise very good

One of the senior members of staff was very helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for. The checkout lady was also very efficient at renewing my discount card. Thanks!

Staff unfamiliar with equipment and unable to explain how to use.

Enormous selection of outdoor clothing & equipment. Good value and very helpful staff

First class service Pleasant and very polite very helpful PA system to serve me and help me find the things that I required was first class and I really felt that that person type but a service which I really enjoyed it was a person who's in charge is efficient equipment the person should be really think that I found her to be very helpful I would rate this is a five star place to go for bits for fishing camping or whatever to do with going outdoors
