What a fantastic place and staff went for a pair of walking boots. The member of staff who served me taught me so much in 5 minutes. Paired the boots with a new pair of socks. My feet have never been so comfortable. Thank you go outdoors

The staff were very friendly and helpful but the queue at the checkout was awful. When I got to the checkout it turned out that the item I thought I had asked to be put aside in the store (when I used the website) I had inadvertently ordered. I then had to phone your customer care to un-order. I then found the item in the shop and had to queue all over again. When I left the shop, by then it was the rush hour. It took me an hour to get home instead of 15 mins. This experience has SERIOUSLY put me off shopping at Go Outdoors again. I have used websites of other companies where I have picked the item up later in the store. I have never had any problem before. You need to redesign your website.

Go outdoors had everything we required for our electrical hook up. We didn't intend to be long but still managed to wander around the very large open plan store, and outside looking at the tents. There is a large car park there and toilets which seems a little thing but companies should realise encourage customers to stay longer. This vast store covers all outdoor activities and always has a good array of stock.

Almost all of our outdoor gear, from tent to Kayak my mountain bike has come from this place. The wow deals are great, but in general the prices are fantastic. The staff are always helpful and I always have to shoehorn my son out of the tent display section. Picking up another bike from them today, their own brand Calibre ones are top notch.

Sometimes it's more difficult than it should be finding staff to help, but I was very happy with my ski jacket purchase! They not only matched the much lower price I found online, but they also gave me a 10% discount. RRP was £250, took it home for £128 x
