Great Customer service! excellent product knowledge, staff were friendly and very helpful.

It's okay. Not much choice in outdoors shops these days. Staff knowledge extremely variable.

Very grumpy staff. The guy huffed at my 3 year old daughter that was looking at The magazine, same guy didn't seem to want to serve us. I did manage to get gait tested but not confident on what the guy was telling me. Also not a great selection of running shoes.

I collected an online order. The whole process went very well, with no problems. However I also wanted to buy a new pair of walking boots and that proved to be too complicated so I went elsewhere.

Comprehensive stock especially for walkers,climbers and cyclists. Good discount today on a pair of walking shoes for the Husband. Also some loo blue and a general lubricant. Fairly easy to get round even on my mobilty scooter.

Great choice of items to choose from.Staff really friendly and helpful. And of course you get your discount card which reduces the prices even more.

Went in there Sunday to get my girlfriend's tyres looked at. The young lad who does the bikes spent ages re-alligning the wheels and sorted out the spokes. Brilliant service

Two times I have bought tents from go outdoors in Pitsea and both times they had got tent but no poles. I also got a events gazebo and they did not have the right sides for it.if you say you've got a product at least have them in stock.one star from me.

If you pay £5 a year for a discount card. You get money off. Not cheap. Average. Good for all outdoor persuits.
