Advertise items travel 23 mile then told by staff member they don't stock the item comple're waste of time and expense suggest you ring before you waste your time and money

The worst customer service I've had from a branch of Go Outdoors. Had reserved a pair of boots, took ages to get anyone's attention, one guy completely ignored me, turned his back and then walked off. The guy who actually ended up getting the boots for me hardly spoke and couldn't have cared less whether they fit or not. Took ages to actually pay as I'd asked for a price match, guy at check out didn't know how to do the transaction.
Will not be going back to this branch.

I went looking for 2 items and was able to get both of them. I could've easily bought some other items too but I managed to resist.

Very professional staff with friendly approach to customers. Were very helpfull with choosing right tent to our application by giving us advice and present differences between various models we were after. We wanted to see a specific Smart watch and found the staff extremely helpful. Not only did they do a Price Promise, we got another 10% with their £5 discount card. Will definitely shop there again.
