Drove over twenty miles to get camping gas which it's website said they had in stock to be told they didn't and we weren't the first to come looking for it. For the website to be wrong is annoying enough but for it to be obvious they know and haven't corrected it is even more annoying. A waste of our precious holiday time and our petrol money.

Great store shame the online store let's them down. Travelled all the way in for a camping item as it showed in stock. Arrived at store to find no stock. The employee was apologetic but may no attempt to turn the situation into a positive. Left store disappointed.

Very helpful staff easy to find goods plenty in stock

I would of given it 5 stars however on this occasion, which numbnutts switched the heating on, on a hot day or if the air con was bust, didn't hire a couple of portable coolers.... Poor staff....

Check on line first for prices, as item maybe cheaper but prove to staff and they are more than happy to help.

Excellent quality gear and loads of it.. And they have loads of different sales with very good savings..

A great place to stock up on camping gear

not bad prices with discount card, could be used as a one stop shop for starting camping and walking. sells bikes but can get better deals easily online. probably better of sticking to walking and camping gear, but on the whole not to bad.

Best place to buy Weber charcoal at the best price.
