Good range of clothing/footwear & camping equipment. Some staff are great others could do with some training & learning to smile!

Good variety of outdoor gear. However the customer experience here is none existent I must say. When I visited a group of staff were gathered by the entrance talking among themselves. No wonder there was no staff to ask for help on the shop floor. The nearest staff were the ones all the way towards the entrance.

Great shop everything you need & more but sometimes hard to see how the prices work.

Bought walking shoes. After trying on a pair, took new unopened box home to find the wrong size inside. Very inconvienient. Guess there's a lesson there!
However exchange was not a problem by apologetic & helpful staff.

Good, huge, outdoor chain store.
Plenty of choice of the more popular items not not so much specials equipment.
There are some very good money saving offers with your discount card, although the better offers are on the cheaper end of the ranges.
Some of the very good offers advertised have limited stocks and soon go.
A bit under staffed. Queues can be long. Attention to customer service & detail is not the best, but I guess that's why they're cheap & successful!
Plenty of car parking & burger van out the front too!

Good selection especially if you want to get everything in one stop for camping, walking or outdoor pursuits. Be aware the discounted prices are if you buy a discount card. You can do this at the till on the way out though for a £5. Nearly always worth it if you are buying more than a couple of things.

Some decent brands at good prices to be found here. Plenty to suit all budgets. The guy at the bike section was helpful!

Good shop plenty of outdoor clothes and boots. Lacks some of the quality brands

Shocking ordered 2 rods then said they must be at other store so ordered them again only to be told a day later they ain't got them and there system was not upto date spent a lot of money here last few years but not know more shop going down hill big time
