Lots of outdoor stuff....prices r too high and you're kinda forced to get anual memership in order to get a discount. Is not like I'm buying food guys, you r not Cosco ....is outdoor gear and clothes that you have to renew maybe once in 5 years....by the way, it's a huge warehouse with 2 customers. That sais it all.

I went to GoOutdoors yesterday to try to have repaired some broken tent poles and also replace the elastic string that keeps the poles together. Fortunately we were served by AADAM who did a great job of understanding what we wanted to do and who then spent 40 minutes fixing the poles perfectly - Fantastic job !! many thanks [of course the only downside is that spending 40 minutes in GoOutdoors can be dangerous to the wallet since I bought half a dozen other items !]

Well equipped store, really helpful staff and great prices. It's advisable to clock and collect through their website to avoid disappointment.

Friendly staff but lacking in basic knowledge of gear so if you actually want to know about the technical aspects of the products or require proper fitting I'd advise going to snow and rock, ellis brigham or cotswolds. Also don't expect anyone to come up to you and offer help. Store rails are not kept tidy and products often not in stock.

I've been here a few times and the staff don't seem well trained in terms of product knowledge. This is probably due to poor company management more than anything. Not sure if this is due to a low salary attracting the wrong staff or but the service in this store is not up to snow and rock, ellis brigham, and cotswold outdoor standards.

I recommend management invest in more passionate and better trained staff. Staff you are passionate about the outdoors and genuinely want to work there will offer better customer service. This will lead to better sales.

This store has a warehouse feel because you just go and pick off the shelf and buy what you want - great if you know exactly what you want, but go somewhere else if you need help with something!

Do not order online for delivery and expect your parcel to arrive. I now need to source a birthday present urgently from somewhere else. I'll use Amazon next time. As for the store, it is OK but limited in some choices and generally offers lower/cheaper end options, which are fine.

What a shame, the staff are not interested and their head office does not care.

£5 for a discount card, spend your money where they appreciate you.

I use the store to buy items for my camper van. So far I've had an electric hook up cable reel, electric cool box and a sleeping bag. All good quality and still doing their job 18 months later. The car park is a good size but has a height restriction which would mean I couldn't get my camper van in. However each time I've visited it's been open, so either I'm lucky or it's always open. Staff are quite available but it's hit and miss on whether they can help with queries. I like it because I can see what items are like before I buy rather than take a chance with online purchases being a mistake. The discount card is well worth it too. One item repaid me for getting it.

Bad shopping experience. Very slow moving checkout queue (20 minutes). Staff don't seem to know what they are doing. Uncomfortably warm in store. Avoid.

This place will ONLY display their prices with discount card and not amend them once you removed the card from your basket. So they lure you into the shop but with attractive costs which are actually not there. Staff is rude. Not recommended.
