Very pleased with the customer service. Quite quiet in store but still nice to have full attention and understanding of customer service assistant.

Great selection of quality products at good prices. The initial £5 card price is very soon recovered wether Camping Walking or Fishing. Cyclists and horse riders are also catered for.

Fantastic store! All the staff are very helpful and clearly enjoy working there. Could do with a few more staff though as I've been a few times and couldn't find anyone apart from the one person on tills. Shame really because they all know their stuff, especially the guys on the bikes. I never knew they did services. Bonus!!

So, I always say judge any store on how they deal with a problem, bought some walking boots here about 8 months ago and noticed that one of the lace hooks was ripping out of the fabric! Was at the store getting something else, and thought to enquire what warranty/return policy was -figuring it would be contact manufacturer. No problem I am told, we can prove purchase from your membership card, find equal or greater value goods, and we will swap them now! Went home in new boots! Great staff, 5star rating well deserved today!

Only found one member of staff on the cycle department. For a place that covers everything for out doors you don't have any frame bags for a bike. I Was told you don't supply them? What happens if I buy a bike and want a standard frame bag. I cycled 2.5 miles for nothing, even when I asked about the pannier bag the staff didn't know. You won't see me again.

Superb range of outdoor equipment. Got everything I needed for 29 mile trek - footwear, waterproofs, first aid, backpack. Great camping stuff with excellent range of tents - must have about 20 tents assembled for closer inspection. Large car park off main road.

We went to Go Outdoors at Kidderminster today and had really great service from Dave Dorhams. We needed advice on walking boots, jackets and trousers for a trip we've got planned to Norway. Dave couldn't have helped us more :) Shame that the person on the checkout desk forgot to remove the security tag from the jacket though lol.
