Staff are helpful, but more stock needs to be put out, there was only one belt in the entire store. Other than that they had everything I needed. Invest in air conditioning, its warm in there!

Excellent service, we had phoned prior to arrival asking about family tents suitable for wheelchair access. When in store we were met by Barney, who must be worthy of the the friendliest member of staff ever award 👍 who gave us a guided tour, of the ones that they had already tested for us.
There was a large area of tents already pitched, so we could actually see them, and try them out for size which was very useful.
We were given in depth information about each tent shown, and the pro's and con's involved, some are indeed not at all accessible, due to the height of the door opening.
We bought the one recommended to us, which was not the most expensive available, but the one he thought would suit our needs best.
First class service, thank you for your help 😎

Average badly stocked and laid out fishing department

I've been to bigger go outdoors stores and ones with bigger ranges but none of the staff can do anything about the size of store or how much they can cram in. What they can do is deliver superb customer service and to a man's woman that's what each and every one of them did. Exceptional. Truely exceptional. If there is some way of rewarding the entire team then their head office shoulder so. Well done guys. You left us amazed by the team you have.

Great range of camping and outdoor equipment - an in-tents experience!

I called into the Penrith Store to order a Vango Icarus 500 deluxe Tent, they were not in stock, but the fantastic assistant put my mind at rest, she ordered online within 5 minutes and said it would be here to collect the next day, by 6pm. It actually arrived by lunchtime and I was notified on my mobile that it was ready to collect. I would recommend to all who enjoy the Outdoor Life. Regards C.E.W.
