Goals4Girls

Our mission at G4G is to level the playing field by promoting female leadership in areas across education, sports and employment. Our all-female led team does this by carrying out programmes – designed by the girls, for the girls – that break down social and personal barriers to success in education and sport. We create an inclusive environment where girls and young women (11-16) from areas of high deprivation, are given a platform to achieve goals and make their voices heard. Football is used as an educational tool to transform attitudes and behaviours towards learning. This has helped our participants over the years to raise aspirations and confidence on and off of the pitch. Participants are encouraged to set and achieve their goals in a fun, safe and inclusive environment. Whether it be scoring your first goal on the football pitch or taking part in employment workshops with international corporations, we nurture skills that last a lifetime.
