Gocuriosity

GoCuriosity is a highly engaging, personalised platform that helps schools deliver a broad and rich curriculum to children age 9 to 14 in accordance with the latest Ofsted guidelines. Pupils move between subjects and make their own choices from a wide range of Challenges along a 3, 000-year timeline. Using the innovative web-based application, the student journey is tracked and monitored whilst comprehensive teacher resources remove the need for any teacher preparation. One-to-one verbal tutorial style assessments take place after the submission of each Challenge giving pupils an individualised learning experience through which they develop seven core skills: numeracy, literacy, research, experimentation, communication, visualisation and memory. The platform draws upon established educational techniques and delivers a more engaging approach during the notoriously challenging ‘transitional' years. GoCuriosity champions multiple cross-curricula connections and nurtures a lifelong love of learning. GoCuriosity has been highly acclaimed and praised by headteachers, teachers, pupils and families and during this next phase it will be made available on a free of charge extended trial basis, with teacher training, to over a thousand UK schools.
