Ive always gone to another girl for years for extentions and a few times before ice had problems with them i have never ever met gemma and messaged her i had never met her amd she was willing to sort them out for me the customer service was amazing ! So i went to get extentions after ive only ever been to somewhetr else for years and the hair is amazing gem is so friendly and lovely the salon is gorgeous and i wouldnt go to anywhere else now ! Defo 5 star salon and people x

I was hesitant when I thought of getting extensions, I have no idea why..... Gemma is THE extension Queen and I adore my long hair. The salon is nicely decorated and even Bear the dog likes to welcome you.
