What a beautiful sunny day! Our piglets know the best way to keep warm now the weather has turned a little chilly 😊 #godstonefarm #godstone #surrey #farm #piglets

Today is #StressAwarenessDay Being active is a great way to reduce some of the emotional stress you are feeling. Get outside - even if it's cold or rainy - and clear your thoughts so you can deal with your problems more easily. Take time out to take care of yourself 💓

So if you still have pumpkins left over, what can you do with them? Well you can make delicious pumpkin soup, toast and eat the seeds, make pumpkin bread, pumpkin lasagne, pumpkin risotto and apparently pumpkin doughnuts 🎃 think we'll pass on that one! What do you think?

What a great day we've had today and what a fantastic array of activities and animals for the small ones (and big kids!) to enjoy - including the festival on the farm extras. Animals, giant sandpits, playgrounds, messy play and crafts... oh and yummy ice cream what more could you ask for. We'll definitely be back!

We have just got home from the most amazing day at the farm doing the farmer experience day. My children 9, 7 and 5 have had and I quote “the awesomest day of my life”. Farmer Alex was amazing, she was brilliant with the children even including my 2 year old where possible. She was so knowledgeable and explained everything on a perfect level for the children and they took it all in, telling me facts as we walked round the farm afterwards. I was so impressed with the experience itself and with Farmer Alex. We weren’t rushed at all and it really was a great experience. My children’s highlights were walking the ferrets, collecting the chickens eggs and showering the pigs to cool them down. Thank you Farmer Alex!!! (Evie, Oscar and Finn have already asked Nanny for the same Christmas present next year)

We had a great day celebrating my daughters birthday with friends. very good value for money as we had a room for two hours and we were all allowed to stay and use all the facilities on the farm for the rest of the day. The kids didn't let the rain dampen their spirits and stayed and played for most of the afternoon. We had the Donkey room, one or two of the guests were directed to the donkeys instead of the party so missed some of it but were found eventually.

User

Thanks for another idyllic day at the farm today. Love the new children’s activities for summer (and the new chill out area with the sofas is great!)

User

Such a great day with so much to do. We were lucky to watch a highland calf being born until the mum decided to go with the vet into the shed. The staff were all so great in every bit and all seemed to love working there.

My family and I love godstone farm, we have had annual passes for pretty much the last 4 years. The latest addition with the new role play barn is amazing, my two children love it (as do I) and the farm in general has been re vamped over the last year.

User

Lovely farm, always find something we haven’t been to each time we go. Had a really nice day out here with family on fathers day. Definitely recommend.

User

Lovely day celebrating my sons birthday. I had a nestle kids go free voucher from a £1 packet of jelly tots so we got in for £9.40. The farm was pretty much empty apart from a few schools. Soft play was lovely and safe. Tractor ride could be better. Found it very squashed especially being heavily pregnant- need to book less people on this. Lots of toys in both sand pits. Only downside is the ice cream hut was shut.

Just had an amazing day with my 2 young children and parents! There’s so much to do, too much, my toddler was spoilt for choice! Came here as I was visiting my parents and saw an advert pop up on Facebook, thought this would be a fun day out, and was that and so much more! Used to come here as a child, so was lovely to bring mine here and see how it’s changed for the better (was great when I was a child, now it’s amazing). Will have to make the journey back from Barnet with my husband in a few weeks I think! Can’t wait to return!

I have been going to Godstone for over 25 years and never get bored of it. We had a great day yesterday but I will say that on this occasion there were few animals to pet and not as many animals to see. No rabbits to hold which upset my 6 year old and I do think that a water area would be lovely. Also the large play area could do with some TLC especially for slightly older kids. My 11 year old said lots of it was for babies but he still wants to visit there. We did have a lovely day as we always do but it needs updating a bit.

User

Had a spontaneous day out today with my 2 year old.

I almost didn’t go because the weather said it was going to rain but as they have indoor and outdoor I persevered! I’m so glad i did as it was such a perfect day.

We booked online on the day so it was cheaper getting in. Staff were very helpful, was pretty busy with what looked like 3 school trips happening but it wasn’t overcrowded. There was so many things for my little one to do. Soft play, outdoor trucks, sandpits, slides and swings. We brought a picnic so saved my money for ice cream!

The staff were lovely and very informative, all the animals were out and about despite the very hot weather. This was my first visit and i am definitely coming back again and bringing friends! Well worth the money

User

Had a great day with a 16 month old, a 7 year old and an 8 year old....so much to do, plenty of undercover areas to shelter from rain and helpful, friendly staff. I think the pricing is reasonable as we stayed for a full day and made the most of all the different areas.

User

Great place to go. Daughter had birthday party there last year for 2 of her children. It was fantastic. Staff were great and food was good too. Been back now just for trips out, the kids love it. 16 of us to be exact, 9 children and 7 adults. Fun for everyone.

User

Brilliant ! Play areas lovely, plenty of animals to see, loads to do, gift shop was good value for money, my daughter got to feed the pigs, real care for the animals here, lucky we got to hold the animal, signs were up saying if too hot the animals couldnt be handled but thats only fair to the animals, £6.50 face paint, tattoo, tshirt & an extra item ! Good value ! Happy child

User

A big 5 star! Brilliant day out has everything to keep the children entertained, more importantly so many things to help them burn off some energy without you having to get too involved !! I had a 1, 3, 4, 6 And a 9 year old and all of them thurrowly enjoyed themselves and were completely shattered by the end of the day but all smiling asking to come back the next day x

User

Been to the farm many many times over the years and today revisited for my granddaughters first birthday. Was a wonderful fun filled day out and was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family. My son really enjoyed the hogstacle race although the pigs weren’t really cooperating and holding a giant snail!

I would of given 5 stars as a rating but felt your tortoises were poorly kept in the handling area and should of been outside on a sunny day eating weeds and flowers and not the fruit and veg they had. We have two of the same at home and I left mine both going round our garden at full speed and didn’t even see yours move more than a few steps.

User

As always we had a lovely visit to the farm but I do think it’s a little over priced for what is actually there, more outdoor play than farm life an considering the tractor is extra didn’t see much relating to “the festival” if I’m honest. The animal handlers were disorganised and knew very little about the animals we handled, basic info you would expect them to be clued up on with that job. “don’t know” got a little annoying an disappointing for the kids asking the questions!

User

Lovely day out with friends. Was disappointed that the ladies serving in the ice cream hut in the play area were switching between handling cash and handling cones without washing their hands. Especially given previous e-coli out break associated with the farm. It is likely that some of the cash had been handled by customers who may not have washed their hands after interacting with the animals. If the food hygiene is so poor customer facing what might it be like back of house? Take a picnic and buy an ice cream on the way home.

User

Admission was quite expensive for my children (5&2) especially for my 2 year old! 1 year old - £3.60 2 year old £9.40 so I basically paid for 3 adults! Service in the canteen was incredibly slow and £4.50 for a cheese and pickle baguette was a bit much I thought. Staff were friendly and the boys enjoyed themselves and the farm was clean but I've been to better places for the price
