Opening hours for next weekend. Happy Easter!

So after a break last year we'll be hosting another charity day with the Black Bull Inn at penwortham. We've raised over 20k with the last four charity days, we'll be donating all our turnover on Sunday 4th Aug with special discounted prices for customers.
This year the funds will be split between St. Catherine's and Rosemere. There'll be entertainment from 1-7pm at the black bull and plenty to keep families entertained. Hope to see you there let's smash last year's fundraising.

With all the information that has been coming to light over the past months with regards to palm oil, we have decided to make the switch to using only responsibly sourced palm oils, which do not contribute to deforestation or killing of wildlife. The cost of this oil is higher, but we think it's worth it. By doing this we have managed to keep our product the same, while protecting forests and jobs in developing countries. Here's our opening hours for Christmas. We are opening Sunday 23rd December 4.00-8.00 for last minute shoppers.

We'll be open as usual for the Kingsfold Christmas markets on Monday 3rd of December! Hopefully it'll be as busy as last year.

August Bank Holiday opening hours: We will be open this coming Monday 4.30-8.00 PM.

We are now serving new crop potatoes! Variety is Accord from Shropshire. Beautiful!

Right. I was the American guy there a few weeks ago and you explained that American Fish and chips were considered Fish Fingers. You were right. "Chippy" up the road was garbage, threw it in the Bin/Trash. I'll be stopping by next time I'm over the pond. Set the bar too high for me. Thanks/Cheers.

Gluten free fish and chips, cooked fresh and tasted great.

Fish is lovely and the Chinease curry sauce is to die for!

Brilliant service staff couldn't do enough for me my mate had a gluten free fish that he loved will defo be back

Quality and quantity has gone down hill I've just had the worst sausage ever full off bone and grisly. The curry sauce was very bland and a portion of chips is half a tray. + side the staff are always friendly.

I just got large chips and curry sauce, but to me that was just a normal portion in a tray..no way would i have called that large..tasty enough but portion size a let down.

Has Tom left ? Not seen him for weeks, the quality doesn't seem the same. Love my Friday chippy tea but may have to look elsewhere :(

Hadn't been for some time and was hoping it had improved but was disappointed. The fish was slimy under the batter and you could taste the stuff they had fried it in - left a horrible taste. Not improved at all - rip off.
