Good prices and even better food.

Ordered a takeaway for 3, to be delivered. I ordered a vegetarian meal and, for the second time, found meat in it. To my disbelief, at the same time I then also found a piece of metal in the mouthful I was chewing. An initial call to complain was met by absolute lack of interest and an offer of a credit note. We were told that the metal 'probably came from the tin containers', a feeble response given the injuries sharp metal could have caused. A further call, this time by me, was made to tell him that this wasn't good enough and we wanted a refund; this was immediately agreed to. We were refunded the cost of my meal and offered nothing more by way of apology, not even an actual apology. No one else wanted to finish their food, so most of the order went in the bin and we were left out of pocket and hungry.

If you are vegetarian, DO NOT trust this takeaway. To find meat in your meal twice is indicative of poor cooking practises and demonstrates that meat-containing meals and vegetarian meals must be cooked together - if it's done properly meat wouldn't get near a vegetarian meal, let alone in it.

Had the multiple problems been dealt with professionally, I might not be writing this review but the desultory attitude means we'll go elsewhere. We used this takeaway regularly so this probably amounts to a £300 loss annually.

Came here for the first time and it was amazing. The staff were lovely, the food was amazing and it didn't take long to come! I would definitely recommend as it was overall fabulous !

Struggled to feed the family on a Sunday evening with Tescos closed at 4pm! Googled close takeaways and restaurants in Filey and Gold River turned up. We'd never tried this restaurant/takeaway. Very impressed the food was very tasty. We would definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely revolting!! Would never recommend to anyone who likes getting scammed for their money.... we ordered a takeaway to find that we weren't given several of the things we ordered but still had to pay for it all!! They denied it and wouldn't give us a refund. They also did not give us a receipt which is improper and unbelievabley unprofessional. The bbq, peking and sweet and sour sauce tasted all like the sweet and sour.

Ordered a delivery take away to a local holiday park. They delivered quicker than they thought. Food was lovely...fresh ingredients and good portions...we will order again on our next break.

Absolutely vile! Iv never had a Chinese takeaway so bad ever. Delivery driver was so late and food was freezing cold. I wouldn't ever return here.

Great little take away! Food was very fresh and tasty, even the kids polished off their plates!!

Fab food and great service. The long wait was worth it. They do deliver unless too busy. We stayed at the bay in filey and they would usually deliver to the site.
