Machines dont work, staff are rude.
They love ripping children off

This was the best arcade we went in along the sea front however the customer service from the staff was not great or even good. We lost something in the arcade and was told nothing can be done.

I used to enjoy wasting a few quid a week in the 2p coin rollers in the quest to get tickets to win things I don't need. However the decision was obviously made that the design of the machines was too much in favour of the punter so all the ramps were taken off them. So instead of having a hope of hitting the win zone with a well aimed well timed drop the coins now randomly wobble out. Shame.

Great selected of machines. Warm and welcoming set out. The professional machine is a separate area that is very smart. Staff are walking around and are great and willing to help out if you have issues. Nice select of prizes in the machines. They have guards on the door to make you feel safe.

Very rude and insulting staff. They is a very insulting message stuck to the corner of some of the claw machines in the arcade. It says something like whatever you win you have to keep as they will not change and they dont care whos birthday it is so dont ask. If you read it kinda gives off a bad attitude which is true to what the staff can be like in this arcade. Some of the arcades in Great Yarmouth do treat you with a lack of respect like this one.
