We only have 46 places left in the 4-man event and 51 left in the 3- man event! If you’re considering entering, please do so ASAP to avoid being placed on the waiting list.
All genuine teams have now been confirmed and you should have your hotel booking form emailed. If you haven’t received this, you can find it in your account once logged in. Click my account and the booking form will be there, if not please message me.
You can view all teams and players on the website, go... to series link at the top of the page and you will see a link for teams. Please report any issues with team players directly to me.
Please book the hotel package ASAP – this year BAPTO sold out of rooms before the event. We have the whole hotel booked out to our event until 3 months prior, then rooms are released for general sale. You will only receive the pool package and free wristband when booking through this system. You will not receive the pool package and wristband when booking through a 3rd party on the internet.
If you wish to make changes to your team, you need to do this via the website on the ticket support system, it will be verified and done for you. Include full names, addresses and level of play.

I’ve started accepting teams for both G8B events. We’re having some issues with the hotel booking form link. Those few teams who have received confirmation and booking form, please do not use the link until further notice.
For this reason, I can’t accept any more teams until its fixed. If you wish to check if we have received your registration, you can do this on the website. Click the PRO/AM or AM top tabs, then click on teams. You will see a list of teams that have been confirmed and waiting to be confirmed.
Every team, who has paid will be on one of those lists.If you cannot see your team, please let me know.

This is the original 4 player Golden 8 Ball event that needs little introduction. Open to all players, from high ranking professionals, to internationals to pub amateurs.
The prize fund has been increased for 2017, with an attractive £3,000 max prize for the Golden 8 Ball Team Champions and respectable £1,500 for runners up. Men’s singles winner has been increased to £1,500, runner-up £750, Semis winners £300 and quarter-finalists £150.
We are giving players the option to book 4 nights and arrive a day early, on Wednesday 14th June. Arena will be opening from 11am on the Wednesday for practice and flyers. We aim to start the Men’s singles Thursday afternoon, and the Ladies singles on Thursday evening. Practice will be available Thursday morning from 9am. We plan to play ‘Mixed Doubles’ on Saturday, starting early evening.

Strictly amateur 3 player team event. No professionals, no internationals or players of exceptionally high ability. Only 2 male county A players per team. Some exceptions to the rules can be applied for. Limited to 128 teams. Guaranteed £10,000 prize fund!!!!
