Well, what can I say....

I have visited many many parks over many many yrs. I've holidayed with Haven, Hoseasons, Park Resorts, Pontins and a number of stand alone parks and I can honestly say that the best holiday we've ever had, rom the park domestics to the managing director Richard and events

co ordinator Marie every member of staff were pleasant, polite, professional and did above and beyond all expectations to make every second of my booking and holiday the best experience I could ever have dreamt of. Marie Wright did everything she could possibly have done to ensure that my dealing with the park was smooth and stress free and ran like clockwork.

I booked with Golden Palm Resort in Jan 2017 to hold the weekend dance championahips in Oct 2017.

We were made to feel welcome and wanted at the park and everyone bent over backwards to accommodate us.

Thank you so so much to Richard, Marie and EVERY single member of staff at Golden Palm Resort for every single thing you did for us all. Superb A++++++++

We have just returned back to our accommodation after a great last night of our week holiday. This is our 3rd year spent on this site and would highly recommend it's great for families and couples. There is plenty to do and places to visit. Shops are located on site and all food outlets are good value also plenty variety. The staff was excellent and very friendly and nothing was too much trouble have already booked for next year xxx

User

We have just got home from a long weekend staying in a caravan on golden palm with our 2 children, we all absolutely loved it!! The caravans are lovely, spotless and very well equipped. Staff on site are very friendly and always happy to help. At night we had passes for the Tropicana club on site, well worth it as there was entertainment every night and the play areas in there are great for children of all ages and the staff are brill with the kids!! All round 5 star and we will definitely be back

User

We have a caravan on Golden Palm. Myself, Partner, kids and dogs always love our times here. Can't fault anything. Start of my third season here soon Whoop Whoop xx

I'm currently on holiday with some friends at your resort and yesterday we were swimming I noticed a little boy fall over and badly cut his chin the lifeguards did a great job but I'd like to commend what I now belive to be the senior lifeguard who came from the changing rooms to take charge of the situation and do first aid I watched him calm the boy and his grandparents down then bandage the child up and get them off to hospital he even shook the boys hand told him to be brave and brought the boy and his sister sweets out of his own pocket above and beyond I'd say I even joined Facebook so I could write this review I sat a few feet away and watched it all you have a great team of lifeguards poolside well done you

I'm now told by the arcade staff his name is Desmond

Thanks Sally

I am biased as i do have a caravan on this resort!!

It is a very nice site with all amenities nearby. It has all the family seaside atmosphere without the noise of Ingoldmells....but....fantasy island is only a short drive away or bus ride.

The staff are lovely and helpful.

The only thing i would like as an owner and rental...is to be able to supply club passes to guests...but these are easy enough to purchase on arrival..

I hope all who holiday here, have a lovely time and return again.

User

Had a great time here!! Only went for a night... But there was so much for the kids to do and everything you need. Plus so close to the sea! Definitely will be back for longer next time!

User

Great caravan park! Staff are friendly, caravans are clean and entertainment is top class. Not far from Fantasy Island and Skegness’ huge beautiful beach.

User

Fantastic park with loads to do for all ages, nightlife is great. Pool is busy but great for the kids

User

Absolutely love coming here the staff are so friendly...the play area is amazing and staff were so kind and very entertaining my daughter's emily and elise loved it! Thankyou you made are holiday!

User

Absolutely brilliant. Staff on reception are brilliant and very informative. Friendly, pleasant staff. Great pool, amusements, all takeaways you need and cheaper than other parks. Caravan was lovely and clean, we stayed in 2 bronze vans very spacious. We booked another holiday in August whilst we were there as kids loved it so much.

User

A great venue and fantastic staff that give great service. The prices are very good too :)

User

we've just left here. lovely site plenty to do the beach was only a short walk away.the shops werent expensive either considering it was a holiday resort so quite pleased with that. the double bedroom was on the small side wish we had known considering we booked and had a travel cot on hire so we couldn't shut our bedroom door with the cot in. pool was nice would have been nice to know they only let so many in with passes before the paying customers are loosed in resulting in us missing out on a swim session and having to wait 2 hours til the next one which was disappointing for the kids. other than that we've had an enjoyable holiday and will definitely be returning again next year

User

We are currently staying here

Lovely caravan site lots to do for kids, crazy golf, arcades, parks and tennis courts. Swimming is limited to an hour and a half which I thought was plenty although the capacity is 150 people I felt that was a lot for the size of the pool. Swimming pool was a little on the cold side though.

Clubhouse is a lovely size although I didn't agree with the majority section of it being closed to families with children under 5 years old. The area that was available for families under 5 was quite small. It was only open certain times of the day too which is strange as sites I've stayed on before have been open all day.

Caravan was basic heating was ok but then we didn't really need it as we have been lucky with the weather.

Local shops are good some things are a little over priced but that's probably because they are local shops

Skegness is 15 mins drive lovely day out lots to do and see.

Natureland seal sanctuary wasn't worth the money very small and not many animals.

Lincolnshire wildlife zoo was amazing defo worth the 35 mins drive out.

Ingoldmells village is 10 mins drive and defo worth an afternoon out.

One final thing we had to pay £20 on arrival for our caravan key .... something we have never done before in the 20 years I've been on caravan holidays ...

In a wrap up it was a good holiday but be prepared to spend and queue, would return but not yearly.

User

The caravan was very nice & clean for the second week in may 2018

There was very little noise apart from the planes flying over.

Only thing disappointing was the really poor entertainment there was no disco in the club house after 22.30 not any music at all after the sinner ended so park holidays & haven defo win here.

The beach is very nice & the village

User

Just spent a few days on site with my disabled sister and our families. Had no problems getting around the site with a wheelchair. We all enjoyed playing bingo. Won plenty of token that are actually worth decent prizes. The supermarket, pizzas and fish shop were great value, same prices as at home, definitely not a rip off. Great kids pool and slides. We all enjoyed Golden Palms and didn't venture to neighbouring site. Very happy were we where.

User

Nice clean caravan, the only down side is how over priced the club/shops are, and the noisy idiots in caravans around you, yet staff won’t do nothing about it! I’ve had next to non sleep and certainly will not be returning in a hurry!!!!

The children are all left to their own devices and seem to be being dragged up not brought up, the park which should be a safe place for children is just a “bullring” or children arguing shouting abusing at each other, and threatening and hitting each other, whilst all the “parents” stand round watching!!

The beds are rock hard so again u can’t get much sleep!!! And whilst on site police was here recovering an abandoned car! Doesn’t really give the place a good rep when police are in and out the “resort” on a daily basis does it!!!

User

Love the site but the parking is really horrible as you are asked not to park outside your caravan but others do can understand not to when it’s been raining but would prefer to be able to park near caravan in order to keep an eye on it nearly had my car hit with a big wooden pole what a child was running around with also need to move the old caravan out of the parking place

User

Lovely caravan however the gas ran out late the night before checking out it was a privately owned caravan so when we went to check out we informed the staff in the site office that the gas had gone they where extremely rude and abrupt and told us we need to contact the owner and then rudely said have they left a cheque for the gas , never had this trouble on other sites the gas was changed no trouble. Is this not what owners pay site fees for? Some of the staff need to learn some decent customer service skills.
