We are a Farnham based HR consultancy providing HR support and employment law advice to small and medium sized businesses in the Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire areas.

So what do we do?

We provide HR support and employment law advice and help ensure you are legally compliant but we also work with businesses who are looking to grow by helping them develop high performing teams.

What does that actually mean?

We put in place the HR framework e. g contracts of employment, policies and procedures that you need, keeping you the right side of the law. But we also want to get to know you, understand your business and what you are looking to achieve and work with you to help deliver those goals.

There are many aspects to developing high performing teams but we work with you through all stages of the employee lifecycle, from:
