Shocking service! Had my engagement ring repaired need a new band as was badly worn, took 3 weeks and several phone calls before it was returned and it didn’t fit ! Finally arrived back and a week later it broke ! Been with the repairers for 3 weeks and having called the store I’ve been told they’ve had it for 14 days and no one has bothered to ring me !!
Never anyone available to serve when visited the store always had to wait to be served - never using them again

Was followed around by security which made me feel uneasy. Would not return to the shop because of this.

Me and my fiancee did not find the service in there very good. You have to ask for help rather than have it offered and the same went for the service, they didn't offer any information up I felt like I had to constantly ask little questions to get anywhere, very snooty. We wanted to purchase some weddings bands but felt like the woman in there had better things to do than talk to us, didn't feel valued at all, so just walked out.

Friendly and helpful staff
