Goldsmiths

Friendly staff, but felt kind of judged until I made an expensive purchase then was treated much better. May have just felt like that however.

After a little searching online Goldsmiths came up as the best value for the watch I wanted to buy. The deal was online only so I made the purchase and chose to have it delivered to the store. An issue arose so I rang customer service. The woman I dealt with was very helpful and even rang me back later in the day to check everything had been resolved. A day later the store rang to say the watch was ready to collect. That afternoon I went in to town to Goldsmiths. The in store service was superb and the metal watch strap was adjusted to fit perfectly by removing several of the links. As the watch was a gift for someone I excepted the wrapping service. The watch box was wrapped beautifully and popped in a gift bag, job done.
