Goldsmiths

Actually their service make me very disappointed.
1. My friend ordered a watch and they promised to deliver within 10 days, but my friend still not receive it on the 11th day.
2. During the day of waiting, my friend went to the shop to ask, and the staff promise to give a reply during that day, but there is completely no calling back.
3. Finally they promise to deliver the watch at the end of this week, which is 17 days in total, much longer than their promise. (PS, we still don't know now whether we will receive on time).

It is rarely that the service experience is such bad. I hope the shop manager may have a cup of tea their staff.

Went there to have the strap adjusted after buying a new watch via Watchshop online. It was in the evening and I was served straight away. Excellent service!

Asked them to source me an omega strap after chasing them for 2 months I got no where they had not even started looking for me. Would never buy a watch from them out of principle!

bought a watch online with the watchshop which i had altered to my size but when it arrived the pin had only gone through one side , so rang them who said take it to goldsmiths southampton in west quay (part of the same group) who`ll do it for you at no cost , which i did but they wanted £10 which i refused ended up at a local jeweler who actually did it for nothing maybe should have bought it from there too , certainly wouldn`t go to goldsmiths again HTH merry xmas everyone (except goldsmiths of course)
