They appear to be too good to stoop to a watch repair even when the store is empty and they have an associate available who is too good to do the work. Very off putting to the point that I would never purchase anything at this store.

Customer service is excellent and product knowledge is excellent. Trusted them in buying my Speedmaster Pro, some of their nearby competitors didn't even know the history of the watch!
