I visited Goldsmiths due to the appalling service at another jewellers in Intu Milton Keynes. My partner and I were greeted promptly by lovely sales associates and a glass of prosecco. The assistant manager Andrew was fantastic, knew his stuff and we got a fantastic discount on our wedding rings. For someone who used to work in a different jewellers (was a huge ambassador) I've been swayed. Fantastic customer service/ amazing product range. Thank you!

I went in here because they called themselves a 'watch specialist' and I wanted a skilled professional to change the battery in my activity tracker watch. The man I spoke to looked down his nose at my unadorned watch and told me I would be better off asking at Timpsons.
