The team and manager ( a chap called David) at Goldsmiths took extremely good care of me, they also sourced a particularly rare watch for me in double quick time! They are very knowledgeable, particularly about Rolexes ! Faultless attention to detail and customer service. This is the place to go to for a very special gift. I travelled over from near Aylesbury as I had heard good things from a friend. Well worth the journey. Excellent, 5 star !

Ordered a watch online to be delivered to the store which they couldn't find when I went to collect along with a necklace that was reserved, neither could be found by the salesman and another order was placed! I had to go back on three separate occasions to collect my order only to find they had been there all along!!
I won't be rushing back.
