Extremely poor customer service. Phoned to order a new Rolex watch, a not insignificant financial proposition. The Reading branch took my details, said they needed to check that I was a past customer (I bought a Bremont and Breitling in the past) and would phone me back with order times and availability. Four days have past and still nothing back from them, no call returned. Chased them up, and they promised to get back to me. Still nothing a further 2 days later. Poor service, I will take my business elsewhere.

Service second to none and probably prices that match, but nonetheless a place you should visit when considering a special purchase such as a luxury watch.

As soon as you encounter a problem their service is absolutely terrible. They make massive mistakes with their prices. Be careful when placing an order online. They may call you up and request that you pay more.

Poor product quality.
I bought my wedding ring from Goldsmith. Its only 3 months since I am wearing the ring and one diamond fell off. I am never buying anything from Goldsmiths , I thought I was buying my ring from an established jeweler, but was wrong about it. So disappointing experience. I would recommend not to buy anything from them to avoid any disappointments.

Bought my beautiful Tag Heuer Calibre 5 here. The prices are always RRP, but the four years interest free credit makes most of the watches affordable.
