As of the 1st October we have a new wage structure with an increase on Basic Salary and also Nights Out. On top of this, we pay Meal Allowance, Telemetry Bonus and have a two tier overtime rate.

Another batch of new trailers being de-stacked and prepped for the road... And we have sunshine in time for the weekend.

Ben was the first person to respond to our latest offer of subsidised training and he was Ellie's first student.
He passed today with flying colours (one fault) and i'm not sure who is the most happy... Ben or Ellie.
Congratulations to Ben and to Ellie on a very good result.

Always busy busy busy... Another day of CPC tomorrow.

In 2014, we had Telematics installed in all our vehicles... This was fitted to encourage the drivers to improve their driving styles and rewarded financially for doing so.
I think the following figures speak volumes for the improvement... Well done everybody.
