Goodiford Mill Fishery & Leisure Description
Situated a few miles north of Exeter and close to the M5 motorway, Goodiford Mill is a UK based Fishery and Leisure park offers coarse fishing and carp fishing enthusiasts the chance of a relaxing break in a northerly part of Devon, there are three fishable lakes which include, Specimen Carp lake, Silverfish Lake and Course /Match Lake.
Lake contents -
*Specimen Carp Lake (Maximum 10 Pegs) contains, Mirror and Common Carp.
*Silverfish Lake contains, Specimen Roach, Bream, Perch, Rudd, Crucian Carp (upto 4lbs).
*Course /Match lake (1 - 50 bookable Pegs) contains all the above fish species.

Fishing Prices -
* Specimen Carp - £10 (2 rods)
* Silver Lake - £8 (1 rod)
* Coarse / Match - £7 (1 rod)
* Concessions - £5 (1 rod) coarse lake only
* Additional rods £2 each - coarse lake only
Specimen Carp Lake Rules -
* Night fishing available - Booking essential
* Frozen Boilies Only.
* No Fixed Rigs of any kind
* No chickpeas, tigernuts or dried pulses
* No dog or cat meat
* No floating baits
* No bait boats
* You must fish from a numbered peg only
* Two rods maximum
* All other fishery rules apply
Silver Fish Lake Rules -
* Keep nets Can be used but only 20lb allowed per net
* All fish must be netted. no swinging fish
* You must fish from a numbered peg.
* Only 1 rod / pole is allowed.

After a final inspection, Bess has declared the lakes back open for fishing! ❄️❄️❄️
The Coarse Lake is closed on Saturday 10th March for a charity fishing match. A few pegs will be reserved for lodge residents only. Normal service will resume on Sunday 11th March.
It's 1st February and our lodges are fully booked for Christmas and New Year 2018! 😀

We stayed 3 nights Saturday 13th and left the 16th what a lovely time we stayed in the foxy mill lodge sleeps 2 people with a nice hot tub to the side on the decking a nice walk around the lake make sure you take your boots good laugh tho not much to do but was a nice break to get away will definitely be going back soon really enjoyed myself and the missis loved it thanks again
We have just had a fantastic time at Goodiford lakes. The fishing was amazing and the log cabins were brilliant oh and not to forget the hot tub, will be definitely going back next year
We fished here this weekend on the specimen lake, the fish are beautiful. I thought it fished well considering it’s getting colder now, and a lot of the other fisheries have seemed to switch off for the winter! Would love to visit here again, maybe in the summer to see what comes out �
We are having a lovely relaxing time me an hubby I'm loving the hot tub an the cabin is lovely an we definitely be coming back and telling family and friends all about our lovely relaxing stay xx :)
Totally amazing fishery big head of fish stocked in these lakes only found this place last year absolutely smashed it on the big match lake will deffo return & recommend to friends
Stayed on the CL site in my Campervan with my dog, had a wonderful 5 nights, was only planning on 3 but so peaceful I stayed a bit longer. Did some short sessions on Specimen lake, had 14 carp to 19lb. Lovely walk to local pub, lovely place full stop � perfect �
Perfect place for peace,relaxing and enjoying the lakes, if not for fishing, but for walking round and seeing the wildlife.
The cabins were home from home. Clean, comfortable and well equipped .
Could not find fault at all. Perfect place for families to get together.❤
My husband & I enjoyed a 4 night stay at Foxey Lodge and had a perfect anniversary break. The setting was so peaceful & relaxing.
The lodge was comfortable, well equipped and homely. The private decking with hot tub was awesome & perfect for couples.
Lakes are beautiful. Staff & regulars were all very friendly, sharing tips on the best way & areas to fish. Loved every moment!
My boyfriend and I stayed here over the weekend in the foxy lodge � absolutely loved it and already talking about booking up for a weekend next year! It was the perfect chilled weekend and I was so sad to leave today!
Me and my partner recently stayed in the foxey mill lodge from friday- monday and it was brilliant. Clean and tidy, the hot-tub was lovely! We had two days fishing to which my partner caught a 191b common! Definetley coming back next year, very very pleased! Thank you for having us.
Me and my family enjoyed Christmas in otter mill lodge.
It was so peaceful and the lodge was lovely and homely.
Would definitely recommend and we hope to visit again. Xx
Just came home 2day after r stay.. We loved it and will be back again only down side was it was very dark at night and cudnt see too well to walk round to the tub.. luckly we took candels
I've been here several times with my best friend I really love it. In fact yesterday 7th may I started fishing at 10:30 and by 4;30 when we finished I caught 23 fish mainly common carp. I lost about 8 highly recommendable though love to fish for a week there they have lovely log cabins jutted out with sky to and hot tubs. Fantastic place to visit you won't be disappointed regards Adam from Axminster
I had my first visit for a 48 hour fishing trip on the specimen lake at Goodiford Mill. Very impressed with the peaceful surroundings and great facilities. Everything is kept well and I was not bothered by anyone just left alone to enjoy my angling.
I managed to catch a few stunning carp the biggest just tipping the scales over 20lb.
After my super time I shall definitely be making the trip again and I'm also planning a longer stay in one of the lodges with my partner and the dogs!

Had my second visit this week md it was just as good as the first visit! I will definitely be returning!! Helpful and kind staff are always around but never in your face so you can enjoy the hot tub and fantastic scenery! I would recommend this site to anybody!
Fished overnight 10th July for the first time 3 of us on the specimen lake pegs 1,2+3. 15 fish caught in total. Biggest 21.15lb common carp. Great lake parking close to lake. Also toilet and a shower.
First Time there on the 23rd Aug, and i must say i was impressed with the size of the place. Excellent Lakes, quiet atmosphere and lots of amenities. I can honestly say that i will be back there soon with maggots and boilies in tow. Great fish stock also, a great venue for the first time Course Fisherman/women. A must try ;)
Absolutely love this place! I don't fish (we take a walk around the lake) but it's great for a few days of peace and quiet. We take our own food and just eat, sleep and relax in the hot tub!
Very good location if your willing to drive to other locations in Devon. Lovely stay. Quiet, peaceful and a great escape for couples. Well equipped cabin.
