Here are my organic spelt and berry muffins made with fresh blueberries and blackberries, spelt flour, a little bit of agave nectar, homemade nut milk, grapeseed oil, apple cider vinegar with the mother and bicarbonate of soda. (These are ...my own recipe creation) and are so deliciously moist and bursting with fresh berries. I promise you would never know these are vegan! Here’s a four layered vanilla and strawberry cute dinosaur cake! Loved making this little chap! Wasn’t easy smoothing the fondant as the buttercream underneath was melting and it was the same with piping on the grass but tried my best! Making cakes in this weather is 10 times harder than in the winter!

Gorgeous muffin sized vegan vanilla cupcakes! Yes the sprinkles are vegan and so are the butterflies! I make cupcakes in all flavours and they are all guaranteed to be light and fluffy, delicious and professionally decorated. 😀😋

FREE CAKE SLICES!!! Oh my goodness! I have experimented in the kitchen and made the most amazing vegan chocolate courgette cake and I just have to share it! I got given this MASSIVE courgette from a lovely lady from her allotment and I thought I’d try it in a cake, something I’ve never got around to doing. This is seriously yummy and moist. I made it with organic spelt flour to make it healthier and used my homemade almond milk in the batter too! Other ingredients are unrefi...ned golden caster sugar, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, vanilla, organic apple cider vinegar, grape seed oil and cocoa powder. I’ve still got plenty of courgette left so will use the rest to make a soup and pasta dish 😋 Thank you so much Helen England! I have saved you some! Healthier unrefined sugar and unrefined flour chocolate chip vegan brownies! I got experimenting in the kitchen as I was craving chocolate brownies and these yummy treats are what I came up with! Traditional brownies can be yummy but along with that comes a lot of sugar and fat. I don’t consume white sugar or white flour so for these I used spelt flour which has many benefits and is very nutritious. I used coconut sugar in place of white sugar, my homemade nut milk and organic coconut oil in place of butter, and organic cacao powder instead of cocoa powder. I added some vegan vanilla protein powder, chia seeds and flaxseeds to boost the protein and nutrient content. These are really not bad! I had one and couldn’t help but have another straight after! best vegan chocolate cake i ever tasted, the best chocolate cake in fact.

Well over a month ago now I had one of Jodies cakes for the first time, and i can STILL taste the sweet, lemony deliciousness, it was that good! Even though her portions are generous, it was so tasty I couldn't bare to share it with anyone else. Will definitely order from her when another tasty cake is called for.

Jodie is one of the finest bakers I know. She has made my son's birthday cakes for two years running and they have not disappointed. The cake itself is always delicious and the sugar work on the figures (Gruffalo cake and Hey Duggee cake) was fantastic and wowed the room. I could not recommend her highly enough.

I recenty picked up some red velvet cupcakes from Jodie and I must say I was very impressed. Very well presented, the cakes had just the right proportion of icing to cake. The cakes were delicious, fluffy and so tasty. I was meant to save a couple for family but ended up eating them on the way home.. oops!! Thank you Jodie!
