About Goodness Gracious Curiosity Shop

An emporium of random delightfulness where anything that takes your eye, you can buy.

Goodness Gracious Curiosity Shop Description

An ever changing array of Curiosities, Oddities. Bespoke, Vintage, Antiquities.
Past and Present, Reclaimed and Revamped.

Walk past the original copper window front and enter through the slightly wonky door into 'GG's Vintage Tea Room' with the oak beam ceilings, smocking pegs overhead, silent films and old photos and music from a bygone era setting the scene. Come in and let your eyes adjust. . .

Explore the museum of memorabilia, discover the 00 Gauge Hornby that runs over head, browse the curios and taxidermy or sit down relax and read the 1920-80's> newspapers & magazines or take a seat at our Piano and play the day away.

'Goodness Gracious Me'. . . as my Great Grandmother use to say.

Welcome to 'GG's Vintage Tearoom' takeaway or take a pew inside GG's Tearoom or outside through the brickwall to Ivy's Courtyard for some afternoon tea. Immerse yourself in times gone by, bone china tableware & music from a bygone era.

We would like to extend an invitation to local families, the elderly, lonely, homeless or anyone who find themselves at a loose end on Christmas Day to our 2nd annual open buffet at Goodness Gracious Curiosity Shop from 2pm onwards.
Last year we felt humbled to have extra food kindly donated from The Yard and The Carriages which was truly amazing and went down very well with our visitors, we recommend you take a visit to these over the festive period to indulge...
Feel free... to bring a bottle, music, games and extra treats on the day.
Any questions feel free to drop us a message.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
