I found out about these little pouches after producing some POS at work for them. Having suffered with foot cramps for most of my adult life I thought why not... well, they arrived in the post as promised; I must say they don't smell particularly great, but not gross either. However, they do go at the bottom of the bed so I gave it ago. Two weeks later...still no cramp!!!
I started to get cramp last night and shot upstairs to jump into bed - the cramp didn't materialise.
