Goodwin Volunteer Doula And Breastfeeding Peer Support Project

Providing one to one support for women in Hull from 28 weeks of pregnancy, during labour & 6 weeks postnatal also continuous breastfeeding support via BFPS

The Goodwin Volunteer Doulas provided one to one support to women in Hull from 28 weeks of pregnancy, during labour (if required) and for up to six weeks postnatally. They empower the mum to be enabling her to make her own choices and decisions through informed choice.
The Goodwin Volunteer Breastfeeding Peer Supporters (BFPS) provide breastfeeding support throughout pregnancy and beyond through community clinics, hospital wards and home visits.
