The staff were very apologetic when we had to send back my youngest fish and chips only causes it was over cooked. They changed the meal offred free drink couldn't say sorry enough the waiter jorden was amazing and so was the duty manager nicole. The other meals were all lovely and we really enjoyed it x

Rosie is the best bar girl, so attentive and really helpful! Very quick server and such a friendly nature - she is a credit to the venue!

Not been out in Romford for a long time. Had a great night last night, always a good vibe in the Goose. Mona behind the bar was particular great, always smiling and providing top class service even with the bar being very busy !

I love coming to this place, probably too much for my I own good! All the staff are great, last time I was in there Jess C provided table service and was very welcoming, great beer garden this was refurbed last year and is hands down the best beer garden in Romford.

Had a really good meal in the goose the other week,Food as always is so good. Was served by Nicole and she is such a pleasant Person,always happy and willing to help, it was a pleasure to be served by her and we really enjoyed our time there.

Wish there was a zero for this, had to go out the front door yesterday to take a call and then the bouncer wouldn't let me back in as he said he or his mate didn't see me in inside before, my wife was still in there but that didn't seem to matter. I'll never be back in that shit hole, rude staff and wankers for bouncers...

The only problem with the goose is the bouncers! They are rude! Judgemental! And they think they have too much power! They are not above anyone!!!! Shocking is an understatement...

I wish this could be 0*. Absolutely disgusting service. After just arriving at the pub having a long day at work all I was made to feel is unwelcome and embarrassed. Bouncers are an absolute disgrace. You shouldn’t employ them and I highly doubt you have done all the checks for them.

I will never be returning and I will encourage all the people I know to never give you business again until the bouncers have been fired. You should be ashamed and embarrassed to have them as part of your team.
