Was very good to start with had very high expectations but for some reason they is a lot of (inside) back biting for no apparent reason. That just makes your life hard, Thats one of the reasons this company has a high rate of staff leaving the company.

Excellent Yorkshire based security firm.
Only care about the client, just like every other security firm. Make sure not leave current job. Get reprimanded for the smallest things I.e asking people how much wage they on, (since when is that a crime?), the operations manager is a total Muppet, not even out his nappies! Others nit pick and are just looking for an excuse to sack you or keeping their nose clean with the Client' disgrace behaviour especially if you left a job, (which I didn't), if you join them just beware of management and unfortunately employees (some) as they grass you up over nothing. I left the company now and found a better firm.
Fantastic company with plenty to offer. They have all things security from CCTV Systems, Intruder Alarms and Security Guards to providing staff at my local rugby ground on match days!
Spent some time stewarding for Gough & Kelly, nothing but praise for the company.
