Gourmet Burger Kitchen

We went prior to a concert at the Genting Arena. And so was everyone else! Complete bedlam! However, the long queue went down reasonably quickly. The food came out really quickly and was a high standard. Well done! 😀

WOW. Best burger and fries I have EVER had. It was delicious! The staff were great, attentive, friendly and welcoming. This is now my favourite restaurant, thank you Gourmet Burger Kitchen (Birmingham)! I will definitely be back to introduce my family to this fantastic restaurant! 🍔🍟🥤🤩🤤🤗

Really enjoyed the food, and despite being a little short handed the service was perfect

Lovely food, lovely service and checked all my husbands food and drink had not come into contact with lemon which his highly allergic too which was brilliant although it was very busy being so close to Christmas you was not rushed at all

Watched a movie at resorts world and visited mid week. Staff were lovely, service was quick and efficient, food was lovely - best beef burger for a long time- would highly recommend.

Really nice food, which arrived swiftly. We were seated quickly without fuss, and the staff were very pleasant. Just what you would hope for!

Burger without a bun was good but the corn on the cob was cold! It said it was chargrilled but it was clearly kept in water. Nice place and hubby enjoyed his but I will stick with chicken!

Visited on Mon very expensive for what you got. Tasted nice but unfortunately had a bad stomach ache & felt sick all evening. Couldn't fault the service tjough

The place was clean which is key for me. Personally I dislike the ordering process, I prefer a designated waitress and that way you can tip them too. At the checkout/ordering process I asked regarding a student discount. However I was told you need the GBK app. I was curious so I downloaded the app after I paid. The app then says just show your valid NUS card! (which is what I done in the first place) In the end I paid the full price which is a little bit of a let down, considering I was illegible. The food was fast and fresh which gave us spare time to get upstairs in time for our film booked at the cinema.

Good Burgers, great milkshakes. freezing aircon brrrr. Spoiled it a bit if im honest.

Visited GBK this evening and ordered the worst, most overpriced salad i think I've ever had. Literally, a bowl of lettuce & 5 tiny pieces of chicken. After speaking to the waitress she explained she had spoken to the manager who would come over. After waiting 30 minutes and no manager I ate the lettuce as I was so hungry! I then went to the desk to speak to the manager who was on the till. His response 'you need to contact head office because that is the portion size and price set by them. I haven't come over as I've been too busy'



Quite amazing. As meals are prepaid there is no customer service required. Over priced for what you get and bad service. An apology would have gone a long way.

The burgers we ordered were poor in taste and highly priced. The staff were not so pleasant when we asked exchange one that wasn't cooked enough and was told that's how we cook them , what RAW ! Not medium then... ?

Mine came with cheese when I asked them not to put cheese on it . The children's burgers we're burnt.



So all in all a bad experience and will not be going again , even a Big Mac tastes better and a lot cheaper .
