Went here yesterday for the first time. Wow amazing place, friendly happy staff nothing too much trouble. Can't believe I've never been before but will definitely be going back. Best restaurant in Liverpool one by far.

We visited during a really busy Saturday but were sat down pretty quickly and we didn't wait long for our food. The food was spot on and the staff were really friendly and were working so hard!

The meal was great but the staff make this place amazing a lad called Adam served us and nothing was too much trouble. Will go back again but only because the staff work so hard to please the customers the staff make the place.

Really enjoyed the offer of the free burger today. The burger was lovely and cooked to perfection. Very friendly attentive staff too, I'll be back to try more!

Popped into GBK this afternoon for a late lunch and they were filming for some form of advert! Which I thought was pretty cool! But they seemed to think it was an inconvenience to us because they couldn't play music in the restaurant so they offered us our meals for free! Which was such a lovely gesture! I've been going to the Liverpool one GBK for just over a year now and the staff there are amazing! Sad to hear my fav member of staff is moving to New Zealand soon �

Pleasantly surprised, had the Stilton burger yum yum (although wished the cheese was stronger) the sweet potato fries with baconnaise dip, loved it all and walked out like tic toc from oz �

Staff where lovely, slightly forgetful but all over it when realised, so not a problem. I assume manager was lovely to as I brought my little baby girl and he kept her entertained with a little monkey teddy �

Looked really busy when we arrived but the staff were amazing they found us a table very quickly x

Recommended the dom burger that my hubby had and i had the chargrilled chicken salad absolutely amazing xx

Had the lunch menu and one veggie burger served quickly cleaned plates as not over sized or too much on the plates we would go again

Finally, a place where you can have a tasty vegan burger! I love the sweet potatoes fries too, nice atmosphere and welcoming staff. I'll definitely come back again!

Booked a Saturday night table here for 24 people. Staff so accommodating to make sure we all got in. Placed all the food at the bar and 20 out of 20 meals arrived quickly and fresh and all correct.... No fuss, no muss.... Would definitely recommend

Really nice food, good service and nice staff. I paid £14.50 Chicken burger, skinny fries and small Diet Coke. Good place for a food stop.

Just want to say the staff really compliment the place, really good service very polite warm and friendly soon as you enter the building and to be honest if it wasnt for them I would of found it really difficult to enjoy my time there as I found that the only disappointing thing was the portion sizes ? I ain't a cheap skate but I felt slightly ripped off. A small burger and a few chips, let's be real the portion sizes needs to improve even the guests sitting next to us were unhappy with what the got but the food was nice no complaints to the chef

Great place, lovely food. Think it would benefit from waiter service as it’s a bit small and difficult to navigate past the tables and chairs when it’s full. Staff are great and very friendly.

Gourmet Burger is a cool funky atmosphere. The customer service is awesome the Staff where polite friendly and warm. The service I felt was great relatively busy when I was there but still they managed to get the food out timely and it was Quality cooked to perfection �. That said I would highly recommend a visit here! �

A good tasty burger, not to keen on the state of the glasses we were given for the complimentary water, could do with new one's. The chap that brought us the drinks ended up dropping one of the glasses on the table, also dropped other items on other tables (watch your heads). In all an average eatery for a quick lunch.

Ordered Taxidriver burger and it was tasty. Felt it was overpriced considering you had to buy fries separately. The skinny fries really are skinny. Ordered skinny as didn't want fries with skin still on. Not sure if I would go back.

So rather than spending £14 for a burger and fries...it's now £5.95. Heard they only have one actual copy of the lunch time menu in the restaurant. Sort yourselves out. Joke of a place!
