ordered a few times now! amazing! the rice, veg and the jerk chicken is amazing!

Went into Gourmet Rasta last night ordered the family.... ground stew chicken . Jerk steak wrap chicken curry and jerk chicken all with rice n peas and veg . Dumplings. Everyone of these dishes was mouth watering . Very tasty . Good portion size . I can see this being my regular take out treat .... found out they deliver too . :)

Very tasty, recommend the simple jerk chicken with veg rice and peas - the normal portion at £5.50 is plenty, get half a chicken for £6.50 if you want a challenge.

The best jerk chicken I have ever had. I seriously contemplate getting gourmet rasta every day.

Nipped in this afternoon as I'd heard good things about the place. Was only peckish so opted for a quarter jerk chicken....scranned it up and nipped back for another quarter chicken ;-) polite staff and the the moment u walk in u can smell the grill and spices! Proper tasty! Defo give it a go people!!

Just had my first take-away from this restaurant. What a special treat - delicious flavours, good-sized portions, reasonably priced, proper authentic caribbean food. Has to be the best caribbean if not the best take-away in Manchester. Definitely going again!

JUST finished eating our first order from you guys, portions are so big that some is going to have to go in the fridge for tomorrow. Even my fussy 3 year old is (still) happily munching away! Very tasty, I'm stuffed full and very happy! See you again soon :) xx

Amazing food, great service-delivered to Wilmslow. You've got the best chef. Jerk chicken and curried goat were my favourite by far. But the steak was pretty damn good, and the curried chicken.....all fantastic.

Amazing food! I would recommend the curry goat, all meat and no fat unlike most Caribbean food places, this is my new spot, best shop since alvino's, puts doughies, sasa's buzrocks to shame

Food was really nice, jerk chicken was really good, delivery time is such a long wait. I think I would call and then pick it up next time
