Amazing Customer Service and Care! I went into Grace & Co to try and replace a set of earrings I had unfortunately lost. Since originally buying them the brand had changed some designs and no longer did the style I wanted.
The store manager said they would see if they could find a pair close to the design I had and to leave it with them. After only a day he had managed to find the exact match I was looking for. get them delivered to the store for me And were cheaper than an alternative i was considering!
The customer service in the store the 1st day and on the day I collected the new pair of earrings was brilliant, they went above and beyond to help me, i could be more happy to sing their praise.

Years of happy shopping at Grace & Co , unfortunately in April . I purchased 2 beads for my daughters, I made a mistake I purchased a Sabo bead instead of charm, daughter went to exchange , rudely told no, bead and receipt did not match. I took original receipt in , I was spoken to in a disgraceful manner, virtually accused of being a liar, shocking experience. Explained to staff this receipt was given the day I purchased beads, no joy, directors consulted, no joy. Requested a stock check, offered an exchange as a gesture of good will, Are you joking. My own investigation of the matter concluded that I had ordered Sabo rebel stripe in the sale £18.16, they had in fact put Sabo fast lane in the bag price £45, hence the item not matching. No futurecustom from me, my daughters family and friends, hope your stock take goes well, a shocking disgraceful episode yours Sheila Clayton
