48 Hour Cancellation/Amendment Policy
Your appointments are very important to me at Graceful Beauty. I hold appointments for you and ask that if you must cancel, amend a treatment(s) or reschedule any appointment; that you provide me with at least 48-hour notice. This way, I’ll be able to adjust my schedule accordingly and I may be able to accommodate clients on my waiting list. I do, of course understand that unavoidable issues come up and I’ll do my upmost to work with you ...in case of an emergency.
• Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)
• Less than 24-hour notice will be charged 100% of the service amount
As a courtesy, I do text, email, or call to confirm the treatment(s), date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You’re always welcome to call/text and check any appointments if you’re unsure.

Lorraine is one of the most calming and caring beauty therapists there is, she always goes above and beyond for her clients. Recently have been having the Geneo facials with her and the results are unreal it's worth every penny! Even after my first one my male boss noticed my skin was glowing the day after! Definitely will be hooked once you try it!

I went to Lorraine and had a course of the Geneo facial. I was contemplating having Botox as I wasn’t happy with how my face looked! My friend suggested I should go and see Lorraine first before I made any Hasty decisions. It was the best thing I ever did. Lorraine welcomed me into her home and talked me over the Geneo facial, I felt immediately comfortable with her! I have had my legs waxed at a few different salons and I can honestly say, Lorraine's customer service and the way she makes you feel is much better than any other I have visited. I have often felt like I was being judged or just another customer going through a conveyor belt. At Graceful Beauty, you feel like it is more about the quality of the wax, rather than how quick it is done and still just as professional, with a more friendly manor rather than cold and standoffish, which I have experienced in the past!
