Every time we have booked a viewing (on the same house that kept re-appearing online and that we really liked) we got to the day of the viewing and were let down every time as it was 'gone'. Surely you would let all viewings go ahead? Not lead people on.. just seems unprofessional.

When I decided to sell my house I contacted all the big names in Andover and they all came round and gave me a valuation. One massively under valued my property, others over valued it telling me how great it was to try and get my business only to call me in a few weeks to say that if I wanted to sell I would have to drop the price. (I know this to be the patter of a certain agency in Andover as a few of our friends have sold through them and all said the same thing). When Mr Ross Beeden from Graham & Co came round I was happy to talk to someone who wasn't trying to spin me a line and genuinely wanted to help me sell my house rather then just have it on the books. He gave me an honest valuation and it sold in less then a week. His commitment to us as clients did not stop there he was calling us with updates daily and chasing solicitors on our behalf, somedays on an hourly basis. He was even working while on holiday. I can not recommend Ross Beeden and Graham & Co enough. If I ever sell again I would go straight to them.

I was really pleased with the service Graham and Co gave me when I sold my house with them. Their valuation was spot on and they got me plenty of viewings. My house sold quickly and they made sure everything went smoothly up to exchange and completion. I couldn't have asked for better service and, having had bad experiences with two other local agents previously, was very pleased to have given them the contract.

In November 2016 my son had researched most desirable areas to live, at reasonable prices. Living in Totteridge, London, he was looking at good areas but at affordable prices.
We honestly thought it was going to be impossible to find, till we came across Graham and Co Estate Agents in Andover.
My son had luckily found a flat through them and I can honestly say from day 1, we found them nothing more than professional and honest. Nothing was ever too much and I felt the communications was smooth right till the end. We were never stressed and the entire transaction was a wonderful experience. Particularly for my son, who has bought for the first time, he said it was a 'good experience for a first time' but we believe the experience is only good because of the estate agent.
My son has just exchanged and just completed and would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Graham and Co, particularly Guy and Tanya, who were extremely helpful and made my son feel very at ease.
I would absolutely recommend Graham and Co to all my friends and family and will definitely be using them in the future.

Not the best agents in Andover. Seems like they mostly look after themselves and their profits come first; not providing a number one service for their clients. Austin Hawk and Belvoir are much more friendly and honest
