While they are without doubt good mechanics they are also good at overcharging at every possible opportunity. They charged me more to "recondition" a rear shock than for the one they replaced, and charged me for a full service they missed several points on. Some as simple as topping up my windshield washer fluid. Would not recommend unless you have deep pockets.

I've been taking my high performance mazda 3 mps here for my M.O.T repairs and servicing for over 2 years now. Always satisfied with the service, and customer support. Any issues are explained in full, and no work is carried out without consent. My wife has all her car servicing done here too. Overall great service, friendly staff, and very reasonable costs. Would certainly recommend.

I would recommend this garage especially to female drivers they are very respectful and no messing around great ambience and clean and tidy reception and waiting area! and the staff are all very pleasant.

We have been using Graham Goode for almost 20 years and have had excellent service for MOTs and parts. Staff are always friendly, and helpful. I would recommend to any women who are nervous of the garage experience.

Struggling to decide whether this place is more incompetent or better at robbing people. Took them 2 days to get my brake pads and front discs changed and charged me more than what sturgess had quoted for pads and discs front and back.
Originally went in for a job worth £230, came out with a bill of £677 - delays and lies all along.
Unfortunately it was my first time but most certainly the last as well.

And as a feedback to you guys, you could've at least apologised once for all the hassle you gave me and could have spent another £3 washing the car rather than returning it in the state it was. Truly shameful.
