I have been a chef for far too many years to remember, but always had a passion for everything pastry /sweet. I'm a qualified baker and cake decorator with many awards won.
I enjoy making all the chocolate products associated with my day job and after a successful campaign at Easter selling eggs, I decided to launch this new venture.
I hope that you love my chocolates as much as I love making them, and my family love being "official" tasters.
